At bf2s we have seen many fads... the latest being this capitalist vs commie thing. Im just wondering what is up with them? Why do people get into them, inability to think for themselves? Being cool? Please enlighten me.

While I will admit that nerdy kids with nothing better to do can come up with interesting or funny stuff, sometimes it gets out of hand and is annoying; but meh, like ig said, it's not hurting anyone. I'll just stay away from those threads

Well, to be honest, I had an entire week off (and another half to go ), and played quite a bit of World in Conflict. Seeing as how I made the thread that started this all, I guess I'm partially responsible for this. I really hadn't quite expected quite a large response, and really only expected some limited replies (from a couple of people I know). Even so, like Ryan said, it brings life to the forums, aside from the daily "oh shit Iraq" or "lol new curved monitor" and whatnot.
And really, what's wrong with a little bit of a fad? It's going to die out soon, you know it. It's not as if it harms you.
