That is for sure, and i know that but Wikipedia can give you some ideas where to find your answers just take a look at the sources that are listed below on the wiki site.

I haven't read this whole thread, but I used to be obsessed with WWII and the Holocaust, and one specific fact about the Hitler Youth still is burned in my mind.

At a Youth meeting, members were told to bring a favorite pet to the next meeting. The members were then instructed to show their loyalty to Hitler by killing their pet on the spot. Anyone refusing to do it was beaten, if I recall correctly.

Truly sickening.

I can't fall asleep so i did a little  research at this topic influenced by by knowlegde to the topic and find these article wich was the basis for the book 'the Wave' by Morton Rhue.

For all who heard about that ( national socialism and Hitler Youth) and were thinking 'that couldn't happen to us'.
