Does anyone know any good populated unlaggy servers? If so, I will go play BF2 for the first time in one month.

As you're in Canada, I don't get around other servers much. However, =SF= has servers in Chicago, US. Might get a decent ping, offers a server for each booster and 1 air/carrier maps.
BR usually lags my gameplay, but if you're feeling lucky, try THE CHICKEN SHACK server in Virginia, running many Special Forces maps.
