In the Steam Update:

TF2 update: you may’ve heard that new achievements, maps, and unlockable items are on the way. The first map, Goldrush, introduces a new game mode. The BLU team must escort a high-tech mining cart through a series of checkpoints to the RED base within a time limit. The more BLU players near the cart, the faster the cart moves. The cart stops if any RED team member is in the vicinity. We’re balancing the map now; look for it within the month.

Could be great as a jihad-mobile. Place Demoman stickies on it and move forward, then blow it up, taking yourself and any other dickhead in your path

Nope, valve have already confirmed that engineers will need to dismantle their sentries several times to keep up with the cart.

Well, don't really care to get the achievements fast so I might just play some other classes when there are enough medics around. I always play medic because they are just needed most of the time. 1 medic ain't enough.
