fuck you. why the fuck cant i get high if people can get drunk? thats fucked up
You can. It's just illegal.

I've stated the argument before (so many fucking times):
Alcohol would not be made legal today, but still is because of it's integration into culture and religion (ie drinking wine at mass)

I have not seen this with weed. If anything, alcohol and tobacco consumption will be controlled more strictly (stuff like what most of europe is doing, where you can't smoke inside a public building).

PS: Des.Kmal - do we actually agree on anything?

Rastafarians see marijuana as a religious sacrament. North American Indians use Peyote cactus in religious ceremonies, and many tribes use entheogenic plants in shamanism and religion.

It just seems silly that the average Joe can't use these substances in the same way. It seems to me it is the irresponsible people who give drugs a bad name. If you partake in the recreational use of drugs in a comfortable, safe environment with a sober person to look after you there is little danger of hurting yourself. Moderation and responsibility.

Exactly, I cant smoke a joint yet some smacktard can try and jump his motorcycle hundreds of feet through the air and break every bone in his body. There are much more dangerous things in this world than marijuana, and a lot of those things are done on a daily basis.

rofl, wow. hes making the argument of civil liberties, which i see as the best argument so far.

answer it though, why can a woman kill a baby, but we cant put a smoke in our bodies which doesnt affect anyone else?
See, this is where we disagree... You obviously didn't read my post. I don't see a fetus that's under 12 weeks as a baby. It's a thing. An organism. It is not human. Yet.

Read my post next time... You tend to see only what you want to see in my posts.

i saw it, i disregarded it, because if that was the clear and outstanding argument... then there wouldnt be an argument. life starts at conception, that is the majorities opinion, and only because YOU dont see it as such doesnt make an arugment, rather you stated an opinion, which in this case, matters none.

but this debate isnt about pro-choice or pro-life. that is another argument.

still, i'd like to see tha outrage and what would happen if marijuana and tobacco (or alcohol) switched places on being legal or not.
