SSC Ultimate Aero, the World's Fastest Car

You try driving a hummer through a small dirt road. You'd get stuck faster than a Rav4 in a mudpit.
And that thing, whatever it is, you posted is butt ugly.

Then Koenigsegg copied McLaren ...The#1Spot wrote:

You try getting a Hummer through this kind of roads:SEREMAKER wrote:

Those are all pictures of roads near me btw
I don't see your point, apart from you crushing a few Japanese cars trying to wade your way through the traffic.try driving a HMMWV through the streets of Okinawa or Thailand or Japan
then through the jungle

you clearly don't know anything about hummers or at least anything with a 4x4elbekko wrote:

you show clear cut open dirt roads in your pics, that you took, a honda could get through what you just posted .... it would be nothing for a hummer to get around on those roads
I'm sure its a struggle for your rover
SEREMAKER wrote:

those roads are not the typical width of your roads or mine .... and having to navigate a 7 foot wide vehicle on those streets with there traffic takes nerves of steelelbekko wrote:

lets see a rover do this
They're not heavy offroad roads. They're just not wide enough to have a hummer get through, that's the point I'm trying to make. But obviously you're been hit in the head by one.you show clear cut open dirt roads in your pics, that you took, a honda could get through what you just posted .... it would be nothing for a hummer to get around on those roads
Seen it. Never seen a Range Rover do it, but a modded Defender can do stuff like that easily.lets see a rover do this
And your point about Japan, I still don't see why it's a good thing to hardly be able to navigate a thing like that on those roads.
A little off topic but I would bet this is St. Joris Weert; and I even think they are at walking distance of 'De Kluis'.elbekko wrote:

SSC Ultimate Aero 1.000.000 times better looking than the Veyron? What are you smoking?
Honestly the fact that this car is faster is new to me... Needs to go and read some more.

The Ultimate Aero posted 257.41 mph on the first pass and 254.88 mph on the second for an average of 256.18 mph. Official data were collected via a GPS tracking system from Austrian data acquisition company Dewetron. Guinness World Records later verified data for an official top-speed announcement on Oct. 9, 2007. At that speed the Ultimate Aero broke the official record held by the Koenigsegg CCR (242 mph) and the unofficial record (253 mph) held by Volkswagen's $1.6 million Bugatti.

^^^ as stated above but I'll make it clear, if a hummer can navigate those city streets then the width of the roads you posted means nothingelbekko wrote:

Sweet looking car ... has a mid-mounted supercharged 5-liter V-8 that’s optimized to run exclusively on E85 ethanol. With higher compression than a comparable gasoline engine, the 5-liter could achieve roughly 650 horsepower. An aluminum space frame and a mix of aluminum and composite body panels would keep the weight to about 3,200 pounds.

Paint that thing black, and I'll bet Darth Vader buys it.
I have a weakness for air intakes, and slick lines...hi-perf fighters on wheels they are

Silly me, forgot the name: Saleen S5S Raptor. Now who wouldn't buy a car with 650hp and that name?
I'll show you Raptor:

Probably the millionth time I've posted this car.
Remind you of anything? (re: "I'll show you Raptor")

They should have named that the Raptor instead of something no one can remember or pronounce.
