Yeah but only within 90 days, theres no point in buying the first one thenFreezer7Pro wrote:
Yeah. If you have no need for a second card, why not send it in and let them "buy" it for the same price as you bought it for, and get a new one for $100?Bell wrote:

Ye it makes no sense i know. Maybe to spend some extra money when replacing it with a new one? Dunno what these kids think when they do this thing.
Buy an 8800GT today, and within 90days u can opt to pay the difference and get an 8800GTS. IF you so choose. Although, it might not seem that great an idea, if you bought, say an 8800GTS for christmas, and that new 9800GX2 comes out in the next month, u can pay the extra $50-100 dollars and get the new latest and greates part. Without incuring the huge expense of the whole new card, just the difference.

Yes, there is. That's a 3 month period. Say it's the beginning of July and you're building your computer, but you know a new graphics card is coming out. You don't want to wait, so you get the best there is at that moment...and then when the time comes in September or so, you use your Step Up program.bennisboy wrote:

Eh... My MSI K9A Platinum is a fricken awesome board. Definitely (one of) the best motherboard(s) for AM2.Dragonclaw wrote:
Really? MSI is known to be somewhat crap when it comes to components. ASUS is good for MOBOs but I prefer EVGA for graphics cards.FloppY_ wrote:
I'm sticking with ASUS / MSI when it comes to GFXcards or MOBOs
