This is a computer that I'm actively using...
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

best I ever got was 15.9 on my e6750, I love it.

You should overclock that cpu, maybe increase the bus speed a good 400MHz ha

Lol. It's a lappy, no overclocking there

And it wouldn't go much more than to about 480-500MHz anyhow

Ok I just downloaded superPI, what should I calculate? It varies from 15k to 32m.

1m in 20 secs with my E6600 on 2.8Ghz. Is that fast?

Should be slightly faster.

I get 19 with a stock E6750 (2.66Ghz).

3.00 Ghz gives me 17, 3.40 Ghz 15.

About 20 secs on 1M should be ok. If it's over a minute on 1M, your computer is seriously fucked.

1M @ 14.828 on an E6550 @ 3.33Ghz. I'm sure I could get it sub 14 seconds if I tried, but I'm pretty happy with the OC.

How do you get it to show the decimal places?

Mine just says 1M @ 16seconds.

on a normal gaming rig a superpi 1M run takes about 15s. On Freezers PC it takes 5minutes
