MACHINE ORDERDED

So after the bashing of yesterday on the PC I was planning to build (click here) by zimmer etc.

I cut down on the CPU, mainly because it was overpowered for a machine like that according to some people. I also changed the case, this one has an inbuild fan. All these cuttings freed up money for A-brand parts, and I hope people will like this one.

Changes so far:
core 2 duo E6750 --> Core 2 duo E4600 @ 2,4Ghz, boxed.
3gb of kingston memory -->3gb corsair memory 2 x 2gb + 2x 1gb dual channel)
xilence PSU --> chieftec 450W
huntkey case + casefan --> Spire BlackFin IV, which has an inbuild fan.
samsung 160GB harddisk, 8mb cache [s] --> Western digital 250GB, 16mb cache

Any thoughts on this configuration? *puts flamesuit on*

Edit: absolute max budget is 580 euro, less is better ofcourse.

edit nr2: This machine is going to run vista ultimate x64. Vista likes to hog the memory, and as I can tell from my own experience: 2gb of ram is too less.[/s]

GT is to expensive, lol @ GTS.

E4600, I read good things about it in reviews. Yes it has less cache, but the money it freed up was worth it for buying A-brand parts

It costs around 200 euro's which AGAIN is alot for a PC that has a 580 euro budget!

How is this rig not a gamer? What's wrong with it? It may not be top of the line but not "gaming fit?" What am I missing?

get rid of tht shit ram ...get some ocz stuff in there...memory is so cheap atm ...take advantage of it ...

u'd be suprised at the level of ram errors...self builders get simply cus they buy worthless ram
