Flaming my reaction time is 190ms in games.(210 in everyday life) I cant feel it most times, But when i do feel it(Like a twitch in my brain) I do well in TF2 All FPS games.

I would imagine this is mostly to hurt hackers that instantaneously hit the zoom and fire just for the crit, I really don't think 200ms will effect even quick shots.
I'm not saying I couldn't be wrong, but I'm honestly not sure a the human brain could process what is in the sniper scope before 200ms, and any critical that your brain hadn't even registered yet isn't exactly the point of a sniper. If I'm just misjudging how quick 200ms is though, and it really means you could get a legitimate headshot in that time, bullshit change.

I thought they were going to protect the left route, but it is still just as vulnerable as ever once you are through the gates.
