I was at a KoRn concert and I headbanged quite hard, and for about a week after my neck was sore.
I am going to see Rage Against the Machine and Metallica in Rock Am Ring in a few months... who are my fave bands, so I'm trying to think and find out ways of strengthening my neck muscles etc. Or getting them used to alot of movement.
Does anyone know any way to do this at all?
