What do you pay for your games in your local stores when out looking for a brand new title.

In Denmark I just checked the prices and we pay between 100 and 117 dollars for brand new 360, ps3 or some Pc titles.

As little as I can damn well get it for.

I don't think I've payed more than 20 quid for a game in a year

New PS3 and XBOX 360 games always cost around 60 €, new PC games 50 € which is way too much I think compared to what people have to pay in the USA. They just change the dollar into a euro on the price tag and with the curent state of the dollar that's a huge difference >

Same with Music and Movies and then the industries wonder why stuff gets downloaded illegally.

It was their own greedy faults.

I paid $100 AU for the orange box. I actually bought the disks and all when it first was released.

For new releases: $49-54.  I think HL2 was the first game I had to pay $49 for when it first came out.  Before that they were usually $39.

I get it from play.com but a new PC game would be about 50€ which isn't that bad but a new 360 or PS3 game could be up to €75

I usually look at Newegg to see how cheap it is, if it doesn't have free shipping I go buy it at the store.  Newegg PS3 games are usually around $56 and PC games around $46.  The games at the store for PS3 are usually around $60 and PC games are usually around $50.

Torrent trackers don't charge ya.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Rule of thumb for everything:

Whatever you pay in US, you pay in Euro

Almost true across the board.
