Reasons i think i should

1. Friends have it
2. Gamerscore
3. I play 360 more

Reasons i dont think i should

1. ranks/unlocks will be lost
2.i dont know if ill like losing everything with Prestige mode

If your friends play it, then yes. Just be sure to do the missions, they give you good Gamerscore points.

ive got it for both m8, id highly recomend getting it, i love it on the pc, and even though i cant aim as well on the 360 its a lot more fun because my real friends play it, not e buddies (lol).

I played COd4 on the 360 a few days ago for the first time, after owning the pc version since release. Playing online I noticed everyone else will usually try the sniper class, so I went p90 whoring (to test if it is as overpowered in the 360) and absolutely smashed everyone, whether the game mode was ffa or death match.

Nade spam isn't as big a problem, with fewer players and tactics are very different. Especially if you can see your enemy's pov when playing in split screen. And the radar is always on, which made running around with a p90 all the more easier.

The only problem I had was throwing flashbangs at myself, because it is much harder to throw them "through" windows, etc, on the 360 cause I wasn't used to the controls.

Your not missing out on anything if you don't get it imo. Try playing at a few times at your friends house and make your own assumptions.


I suppose I'd buy it myself on 360 if I had this setup:

at least in the xbox 360 there are no hackers running around with aimbot. i would suggest getting it for the console if you dont want to spend a crap load of money to run the game with the latest hardware.

I've played both the 360 Version and the PC Version.  If mroe of your friends play the 360, and you can afford it, do the 360 version.  It's more tactical, and you can get all your unlocks back Easily.

i played CoD4 for the first time yesterday on my friends 360
we messed about on Wetwork and i got raped
i got my act together and raped him on Backlot

but heres my sugestions

Pros

-graphics ALWAYS maxed out @ 60fps
-Nadespam isnt a big problem
-no hacking
-lots of people pay online (i think)


Cons

-the gamepad config is alot slower compared to keyboard and mouse
-paying for online play ($50 per yr)
-the quality of screen is scaled down on a SD tv but isnt noticed (ill assume you have a HD TV)
