First their employees rape a fellow employee.. then they try to fucking cover it up... then they don't have to go to court in the NORMAL, constitutional process... what the fuck's going on here? Why the hell is this allowed to happen?

I have had to sign many, arbitration contracts. Mainly in the mortgage industry.
On this topic, nothing really to discuss. Both parties willingly signed a legal contract, and all of their Constitutional rights are covered.

I've not read the contracts, nor am I lawyer, but my business degree did require some legal classes. One thing I do know is that contracts signed, even willingly, cannot violate certain aspects of law.
