I was wondering when the new achievement's come out, and say if you have already done the requirements to get the achievement to get it, will you be given it instantly upon loading up TF2? Or will you need to do it again?
The Medic achievements are coming first (they're launching them class-by-class... unfortunately).
And no, they're not out yet. You will most likely have to fulfill the requirements for the achievement again post-patch, as the game/Steam Servers have no way of tracking your gameplay in that much detail (e.g. a server doesn't specifically note when you kill a spy that you healed- which will be one of the achievements).

Ktpk, the medigun puts out the enemy pyro's flames on a teammate. You might want to fix it(even if it isn't yours)
