Depends on what I do.

I'm shit at practicals for example, so when doing a prac science experiment I tend to follow. In something I'm fluent at, or if I'm the best one in a group at something in particular (Ie. if I'm slutting for a team in CSS that isn't very good) I'll take the lead.
