Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc next time.  It goes straight to Task Manager without having to go to that screen.

ROFL

I love you Andoura.

Like Mr Pandaz said, CTRL-SHIFT-ESC. Or just choose "Task Manager" from that list when you ctrl alt delete

Ctrl+Shift+Esc makes nothing and I don't have Task Manager in Ctrl+Atl+Delete :S

Try this:

1. Go to “Start” -> “Run” -> Write “Gpedit.msc” and press on “Enter” button.
2. Navigate to “User Configuration” -> “Administrative Templates” -> “System” -> “Ctrl+Alt+Del Options”
3. In the right side of the screen verity that “Remove Task Manager”" option set to “Disable” or “Not Configured”.
4. Close “Gpedit.msc” MMC.
5. Go to “Start” -> “Run” -> Write “gpupdate /force” and press on “Enter” button.

I know this is the usual fix for the problem. It's most likely caused by a trojan that has disabled your task manager without you knowing.

Home editions don't have Group Policy editor (well it does, but you can't use it), so he either has to do the direct registry tweak, or if that's disabled too, use Spybot to re-enable security options and task manager (it has a scan option for just that).
