The buses are incredibly shitty with their schedules and I would not make it there in time. If I took the train, I'd have to walk a mile to the gym.
.. or at the very least, to not live in the suburbs, a mile and a half away from the closest Metro station.

deadlifts
pull-ups
bent over rows
bicep curls
lower back extensions
t-bar rows
a few ab exercises
and I'm still feeling it in my arms
yeah folks I definitely hate exerting myself
