What would be a fun thing to build? I've already built catapults, smoke bombs, potato guns (aka spudgun), various remote controlled cars/airplanes, rockets and such. I'm racked for ideas. So, what do y'all think would be a fun thing to build. (Can be dangerous.)

A hovercraft. I reckon it could be done.
A go-kart or a dune buggy. Always fun but its going to take more than one sunday and you need a motor, welder and lots of scrap metal.

My chemistry teacher made this gun thing. You need an empty film canister, one of those grill lighters, a battery, tape and methanol. Attach the batter to the grill lighter and put the wire from the grill lighter into the canister. Cover the canister cover, the inside of it, with methanol. Wait until the methanol evaporates in the canister and push the grill lighter button. If you have it set up right, the cover should fly off.
