More Password help needed

Turns out my Dad put the password on my computer when I was drunk, so he could take away the thing I use the most when I mis-behaved, my computer.

So I got rid of the password on my account and put my own one on but he still had one on the Administrator (Safe mode). But he went one better, and put a password on my BIOS.

Any way to get rid of this too?

Take the battery out of the mobo and put it back in again, .

If I were your dad, and you circumvented me ... the punishment would then be much harsher ... I usually lay out a 3X or 5X punishment when my kids circumvent punishment instead of either (a) discussing the fairness of it or (b) taking the consequences.

You know your dad. But, you might want to consider if you really want to do this.

Why the hell would your dad do that?

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. my parents gave up to try to influence what I do on the PC when I was ten. No point

Eugh, taking the battery out did not help, so I unplugged and tried to drain the battery by booting, and still no luck.

Any more answers?

there should be a jumper on the mobo u can move that will clear the password. u have to either take it off and turn on the system, or move it over by one pin and turn it on. depends on the mobo

My dad once put a password on his PC, when I didnt have my own one yet. After a week I finally figured out what it was and changed it and then proceeded to stay away from home for the next 8 hours or so. Total lulz ensued when I got home
