He said I was saying Israel was evil and that Israel needed Hamas to retaliate. Nowhere in my post it said that. Read again the OP. I happen to disagree with you. You aren't looking at this objectively.GunSlinger OIF II wrote:

No, I said your post suggests that you believe that Israel is inherently evil. You are trying to argue that Israel actually wants Palestinian extremists attacking their country. This means that there is literally no way to have this debate with you because you twist anything that can be argued in Israel's favor against them. Yet here you are talking about objectivity. I think this is silliness (or trolling) and therefore know better than to waste any more time than I already have in this thread.sergeriver wrote:

Answer to OP: No, they don't want palestinian terrorists, neither do they need them. The international community doesn't 100% support Israel either.
And this is such a lovely 'debate' going on here.

You don't prove anything. In fact, you are a troll and I won't waste my time quoting all of your aggressive posts. Carry on. Have a nice day.GunSlinger OIF II wrote:

If you think about it, Israel doesn't want the extremists to stop throwing rockets into their land. In fact, these fuckers are the perfect excuse to keep things the same way. If Palestinian extremists stopped throwing rockets into Israel, then Israel would have to sign a peace deal, recognizing the sovereignty of Palestine and it would have to withdraw from the OT's, settlers included of course.

yet you have yet to hit the points that were brought up. serge, all you do is make threads (stupid polls) that you dont even care about. You notice how most of your posts involve flames and insults, never on the OPs you start. Lets not forget about all your revenge threads too.sergeriver wrote:

lets look at this thread for an example, most of your replies here have nothing to do with israel or palestine, just with other bf2 members and how stupid they are compared to you. grow up dude.

You always start the trolling and flaming, wtf are you talking about? Like your funny analogy that has nothing to with this thread and you call that a debate?GunSlinger OIF II wrote:

1) I'm tired of IDF v Pal debate
2) You have yet to change your mind, ever
Ofcourse Israel would want the palestinian extremists to stop throwing rockets in their lands, nobody likes getting their people killed. Hell if the IDF could, the terrorists would be exterminated long ago, they can't because of the international pressure Israel would get if they made some 'dramatic steps', and because these terrorists are hiding behind the innocents inside gaza aswell - this means civilian casualties are near impossible to prevent.Sergeriver wrote:

How much time do you think would the IDF take going into Gaza and hunting the Extremists? Instead of doing that, they build Berlin walls and checkpoints all around Palestine. Israel knows these assholes won't stop. Ever. And they don't seem worry about it. In fact, they seem pretty comfortable with the idea. As long as these nutters keep attacking their land, Israel will receive the support of the international community, specially the US. Israel needs them in order to be the victim. Meanwhile, the real victims live in those concentration camps called Palestine.
A peace deal is what the international community wants to get signed, though neither Israel nor Palestine seem to want this, whenever it's brought up both side starts doing attacks again (and in most cases coming from the palestinian terrorists.) If a peacedeal would be signed, Israel would still hold it's international support, there's no need for terrorists throwing rockets in to your lands in order to get supported.
The real victims are the innocents which the terrorists target, and the people which they use for cover, mainly the palestinians in Gaza.
Now tell me, how should Israel solve their situations, the 'concentration camps in palestine' are oftenly the places out of which terrorists bomb Israel, and sure as hell they won't stop even if these territories are given back.

Israel has --->willingly<--- signed peace deals time and time again. Suggesting that Israel needs their children to be massacred to exist is not only wrong, it's disgusting. Make no mistake, Palestinian gunmen are the only ones who will cease to exist with a successful two state solution...teddy..jimmy wrote:

Just to clarify: This does not mean that I agree the Israelis want or need to have their civilians attacked regularly.FEOS wrote:

I reckon that if rockets stopped coming over the border, the IDF would prodominantly guard the border rather than heading in to take out the rocket sites. The Israelis probably recognise Palestine, they pushed for peace deals. Its the Pals that won't agree with them or in that case acknowledge Israel's right to be there.sergeriver wrote:
