As for your notion that judeo-christianity encompasses thousands of sects, both violent and non, intrusive and not, I'd add that it's not necessarily the "religions" that piss people off, but the adherents to those religions that get our goats. I had missionary companions that thought too highly of themselves and that was reflected in our work unfortunately...he'd be too quick to judge investigators of our teachings, or be too impatient, etc. In short, judge righteously that ye be not judged (if i may so plagiarize)...ie., judge the adherent's poor behavior and attribute it to them, not their religion necessarily. Of course, there are religions that teach outright evil, such should obviously be judged upon discovery.

Adam and Eve, in the garden, given duties to name everything, be fruitful and multiply. They were immortal in their paradisiacal state...they could not die. In order to have children, or be "fruitful," they had to have the traits of mortality in them in order to procreate. They couldn't procreate because they didn't know passion most likely. Eve, the wise one, "used" Lucifer by partaking of the fruit of good and evil which he was tempting her with, and by partaking, she knew good from evil, virtue and vice, pleasure and pain. She could discern for the first time. But she could now have kids and she could now die. SHe would also be cast out of the garden and therefore went to Adam and had him partake of the fruit so he too could fulfill the command given them, and so he wouldn't be left alone in the garden once Eve was cast out. He partook and also became mortal, knowing good from evil, etc, etc..and "death entered the world" -- meaning that we would get old, decay, and die as planned so as to move on. Paul wrote, "as in adam all die, so in christ, shall all be made alive!" Make sense now? Because of Adam and the fall (a transgression, not a sin as many would think because he didn't know good from evil yet), we were now able to start coming down to earth to dwell in these tabernacles of clay, have our own families, and die, and then be judged and then glorified and live again with God in our new, immortal and perfected state, etc, etc.
So that is the purpose of death, it's origin, and how it should be perceived...an inevitable consequence to Adam and Eve's wise choices in the garden to which Christ paid the price for us to resurrect and be immortal, and have the chance to live with God forever.

From the graph and statement we can take that you believe that a God/Devil both exists. If you believe in these two then their really is no death anymore right?
