I want to know the conversion of MB to GB. I dont know which is greater cause I am a dumb shit when it comes to this. Like for example you have 12 in in a foot so I want to know how many GB are in 1 MB. Thanks so much.

Well, both answers are correct. It all depends on whether you are using memory as in RAM, or memory as in storage.

RAM is 1024 MB = 1 GB
HDD storage is 1000 MB = 1 GB

e.g. 1 kb = 2¹⁰ b = 1024 b

in theory it's 2^10 Mb. Which is indeed 1024 MB, but for easy calculation, people take 1000 MB.

so you have with the right one about 1000 times the left one:

Byte -> kilobyte -> megabyte -> gigabyte -> Terabyte -> petabyte -> exabyte.

Technically it's 1024. However commercially it's 1000 in each to fool the consumer (make it look like there's more storage in products than there really is).

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. Ugh, here's the difference. Note: Gibi and giga. Gigabyte is bytes with a numerical multiple prefix. It just means 1 billion bytes. Gigibyte is what someone very uptight, with a degree in English and Computer Science plus a case of OCD, came up with to represent the 1,073,741,824 bytes in a gigibyte. However, the difference is ambiguous. Gigabyte sounds better and has been adopted far more then it's -i counterpart(s). Just use Giga folks.

1000 MB/GB: Marketing ploy. This is how manufacturers define it, so they save money on data space.
1024 MB/GB: The mathematical truth, and how actual software/hardware sees it.

There are 1024 KB in a MB. There are 1024 MB in a GB. There are 1024 GB in a Terabyte. There are 1024 GB in a Petabyte. So on, so forth.
