DVD Copying Problems

I have this dvd with .avi movies
i put them on my computer, and converted them all to .mpeg's to work on dvd players for tvs
so now im using dvd shrink to but the movies on a disk (1 on each disk) and this comes up

so then i look to try to copy it directly (drag and drop on dvd) and this comes up...

can you guys tell me what the problems is and what i can do to solve it (if i need a different software) or something i did wrong

what did you use to convert the avis? I have some avi's I would like to put on DVD as well.

DVD Shrink is not meant to author a DVD from mpeg files, it is used to convert a DVD-9 disc (9GB) to a DVD-5 disc (4.7 GB) only.

You need DVD authoring software to first create the full DVD structure and then DVD Shrink will be able to make it fit on a single layer DVD-R.

There are lots, depending on what you want to do.

For Full Control of the DVD and It's Structure, I Use:

Spruce DVDMaestro - Discontinued but a great program. Very strict on standards. I use this almost exclusively when I want any kind of menu, multi-track audio, or other advanced features.

But there is also:

Sonic Scenerist - Amazing, very complicated though or at least a steep learning curve.

Take Vids and Just Make a Single Movie DVD I use:

TMpegEnc Express 4, Intervideo DVD Creator. Haven't tried Nero but it is likely on Par or even better than the one's I've shown.
