Any way to increase my processing power? Can't overclock...I need a new computer basically, right?

Since you dont' want to overclock your processor then you will need to buy a new processor.

Since that is a socket A processor/motherboard. The biggest upgrade you could get would be a 3200+ 2.2ghz. But your mobo doesn't necessarily even support over 2400+.

I searched some, and you would be able to put in a certain 3200+ http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K7/AMD-At … DKV4D.html that is still 333MHz FSB. I doubt they are very cheap though, if you can even find one. Besides that would still not grant you access to the newest games. It would be enough for CoD4 though.
Besides it's still AGP and only accepts DDR < 333MHz ram.
