Life's starting to get more intense, so I'm starting to look into getting one of those nifty phone planner thingys.

I'd like it to have wi-fi and./or 3G. I don't travel outside the USA much, so GSM isn't really a biggie for me. QWERTY keyboard is pretty much a must.

Right now I have AT&T, but I'm not really that picky.

Anybody have one that they really like?

I love it, you may want to get the blackjack 2 tho, its updated with Windows mobile 6 instead of five which comes stock with the blackjack.

Yea, I guess it is a good phone. I just have this aversion to seemingly overpriced stuff. Plus, I feel like I'd seem like one of them if I got one. You know who I'm talking about.

I'm kinda looking into the T-Mobile Wing. Too bad T-Mobile has a whole lotta nothing in my area.

The Blackberry curve i think it is is a good one, it's large and PDA like but works as a smart phone.  it's not listed as a PDA on the ATT site though because it is a blackberry and works on its own network.  Remember the crisis of the 5 million or more people that had to go less then 24 hours without their blackberries? yea that really was CNN headline worthy but whatever.

I like the Palm TX.  Yes, before you say it, it is not a phone, but a dedicated PDA.  Why?  Because I can burn the battery down to nothing for work or for goofing off, and I still have a full battery on my cell phone for calls.

I use my palm pilot to hold my Drug Reference guide (for work).  I also use it as my MP3 player (it not only takes ear buds, it has a speaker), I read ebooks on it (273 books on it so far!) and play games in my down time.  Oh, and use it for the calender, calculator, it holds contact info of everyone I need it to, I surf the internet... the list goes on.

And it is not too big.

So, I'm completely derailing my own thread, but looking up prices on that Palm TX, I found this gem

This is a slightly used Palm Tx from my then Fiance, was given to me as a gift so we are selling our memories to split it and forget it.

Works great, no issues
Classic

And back on topic:

Does the TX allow for expandable memory, ie: SD slots?

Edit: Never mind, yes it does.
