As a spy, do not complain about getting 'made' and blown to bits when you continually take the teleporter from the heavy on every respawn. For those leet spies not in the know, the teleporter leaves your teams color trailing behind you. So stop being a fag and steeling the teleporters so you can get killed quicker.

When playing medic, have a mic. Don't just smash your uber button and hope for the best.

As demo or soldier hurting yourself during setup trying to get the uber meter to fill faster is useless and not effective. 60 seconds proves to be enough to get the one uber your probably gonna have the whole round.

As Heavy, snipers own you. play cap defense when the snipers are out. Don't just keep walking into his bullet.

And when your team loses, don't scream "Stand ON the point". If you did your job they wouldn't be on the point.

thanks.

At least put it in the right place and also: stop ranting. If these spy's decide to be stupid, let them.

You think one person can defend a point, good luck with that, they are probably saying stand on the point because they are the only one doing it, and if you hear this you obviously aren't helping. And why do  you care if soldiers hurt themselves at the beginning of each game? Does it really bother you that bad?

Standing on the point when it's being capped is vital, and many players simply don't do it. Far too often I have to do the pointstanding myself, and this is not because of my lack of skills in killing shitloads of enemies.

Having a mic as a medic is not necessary. It helps, but if people would actually pay attention (to the voice commands) then there would be no problem.

People hurting themselves before the game starts will continuously shout for a medic, which tends to get on some people's nerves. (for instance, mine.)

Personally, I scream "STAND ON ZE POINT" and then continue to whine for the next 15 minutes because any single player can capture a crucial point in little to no time at all. TF2 is dynamically-brilliant in the way that one fast-acting Scout or one devious Spy can completely turn the tides of a map around and end in a victory or defeat. No matter how well the team are performing, no matter how many people are doing their jobs correctly, lone-wolves from the other team can still throw a metaphorical spanner in the well-oiled workings of your team-machine.

It doesn't take a lot for one person to simply run into the capture-vicinity and block that one pesky player from yanking a control-point. Instead it seems as though most public-players are more concerned about their stats and their kill:death ratio (which Steam does not even track- may I add)- and so it seems as though that all-important STAND ON ZE POINT! is never to be found.

Soldiers and demos hurt themselves at setup because it used to uber a medic faster than normal. Valve made an update so that during setup, the medic's ubercharge goes as fast as it would healing someone even if he's just buffing them/maintaining a buff. Anyone you see doing that doesn't read updates.

I hate spies who take teleporters.

I had a spy on my team the other day. We were attacking on Dustbowl. He not only took the teleporter, but disguised as a Scout as well.

The other team had no Scouts, and were they likely to? Defending the 2nd point on the 2nd stage? No.

Not only that, but ANY spy that's disguised as a Scout is instantly recognisable due to the fact that the running animation is going too fast because the spy doesn't run as fast as the Scout. You can also plainly see that they're moving too slowly and not jumping as high.

I hate retarded spies.

Still better than battlefield. Jump out to wrench something and it's stolen right from under you by your own fucking teammates. Often you'll see half your team turn around and run to your empty whatever the minute you step outside with a spanner.

I've about had it with the lot. Nothing more stale than the BF2 servers nowadays.

It is useful to grind if the medic had not joined for the full 60 seconds.

I'm going to do everything you ranted about once I get TF2.
