I am rescuing everything I need off an ancient Windows 98 computer (K6-III at 400 Mhz, 64 MB RAM); emails are a part of this. I have some in Outlook Express, and some in Netscape's client. How would I copy/move these to my newer computer?
Will I be able to open these files in the Outlook that comes with XP?

You can export the email to a PST file from your old Outlook, then import them from that file into your new Outlook. Look under File > Import and Export.
