nTune sucks.

Also, get an aftermarket cooler, since the stock cooler is loud and ineffective.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Ok will use rivatuner then. I already have an aftermarket cooler (30degrees C at idle).

Also check this pic. https://shrani.si/f/3R/rV/1iz7JvZZ/8.png
I have the shader option also. Can this be OC as well?

Yes, shaders can be overclocked, usually far beyond what the core is capable of. From what I've read, the 8800GT shaders usually limit around 1.5GHz. There's not too much gain in overclocking the shaders, though, so if you wanna be on the safe side, link the core and shader clock.

Oced the core from 600mhz to 700 and everything worked fine but when i raised the memory clock by 30mhz it froze. And all settings in Riva tuner are back to normal. Should i decrease the core OC so i can OC the memory more?

If it freezes, you shouldn't clock more. Raise the memory little by little (Like 5-10MHz steps) and benchmark in between. Same for the core. Just do as my guide says, it's for this kind of threads I wrote it.

It ran fear test fine but failed the second 3d mark06 test. It reported nv driver error.
I raised core clock from 600mhz to 700 and memory from 900 to 983. I will downclock memory now and see how it goes.

Okay downclocked memory to 951 and it passed both tests in 3d mark06. I will leave it like this.
Nope it doesn't work, it freezes in Crysis and didn't even get any extra fps in Crysis.

Update2: Played Crysis a bit and it seems fine. Core= 650, Memory=951
