BF2 closing ingame, about 10-30seconds of playing it will crash instantly to desktop. All settings on low and I have 1000ram + 6600gt.

Harldy any background apps, only essentials eg. Sound, Nvidia. And cooling is ok since I just got this card for xmas. I dont overheat it im sure.

can you provide a link for my Nvidia 6600gt, last time I tried to install new drivers my computer fucked up.
well, first, have you uninstalled the drivers from your old video card?

no no...the old video card you had. before you got this one for christmas. have you uninstalled those drivers yet?
Yeh wiped out anything with Radeon/ATI. (well in a good way)
ok, then i'd recommend doing a google search for 'driver cleaner'.
download that. run it. clean up all the shit left behind from the old drivers.
then try downloading the updated drivers for your new video card.

The thing is - I doubt its a driver problem, Ive been playing it normally but only 2 days ago it began crashing to desktop - no idea why.
