Take out everything BUT the CPU and RAM (and video card if you don't have on-board).

Sure everything's 100% correctly hooked up? The ATX 20+4 pin, the ATX 4 pin, any possible MOLEX' to the mobo? CPU socket closed completely? Cooler properly installed? Is there any beep at all? What's your PSU?
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Try swapping out the PSU with a different one, and motherboard, cpu, and gpu if possible.

I had the same problem when building my computer.  It turned out I had hooked this extra-USB-slot-thing up wrong and it was causing the whole computer not to POST!  Just make sure EVERYTHING except the crucial components is disconnected.  It's probably something stupid that you're just missing, take a little break and look at it again later.

Start with the absolute minimum you need, that is:

PSU
Mobo
RAM
CPU
Graphics Card

and only connect up the NECESSARY case connections (just the power switch as a minimum)

Then switch it on and check that it posts.

If not, then it's a problem with one of those components (could be any of them).

If it does POST, then add everything else one thing at a time - I would go with HDD first, then everything else, testing that it'll still POST in between each thing.

i did...twice...
im sending the cpu to amd cuz some terminals were bent
could've been the reason but it also could've been that i bent them taking the cpu out so many times

amd wont do shit with bent terminals. 'your fault'

put it in the dishwasher and send it back to them (quick before it rusts) claiming it to be faulty

If it does one single beep then it's POST'd. Could be the GPU?

Dumb question, is your vid cable connected to your card and your screen?

Or, if it is, disconnect it with the computer off, reconnect, then power on computer. Sometimes mine is finicky like that.
