hi

I got a question about the ground defense ribbon.
It says that you need 5 kills in a tow or mounted machine gun.

Does a maschine gun on top of a jeeounp also ct as a mounted maschine gun or is a mounted maschine gun only the guns that are mounted on top of the sand bags?
Hopefully you understand my questions, i'm not used to speak english since a long time.

only those machines guns on the sandbags and watch towers count as well as the TOWS.

For the record, the way most people get it is by sitting around in a TOW while commanding (Kills from artillery then count toward the 5 kill goal). Kudos to anyone who actually did it the way it was intended.

i got mine as USMC on karkand, next to the left artillary theres a TOW, just sit your ass down on that and fire it at advancing MEC/fire random shots towards hotel.
Also dont forget you can steer it after you shoot

I tried for hours last night..

I should have just came on here and searched for it.

I was at the warlord map and was being a jeep whore and was racking up kills left and right from the SAS parachuting down from the sky. Then After about 8 kills I drove to the corner of the map and left it for about 20 minutes LOL..

oh well.. i'll try the TV station and see if I can hit them from floating down or if I can catch them running across.

I did it the way it was intended,it's pretty easy on Karkand,the first fixed MG on US side,just keep spraying the road and the hole in the fence(onslaught alley) where all the MECs throw grenades like crazy.
