So I turned 30 today. It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but it does make you wonder where the last 10 years went. It seems liked yesterday that I was that young Marine at the age of 20. I had just gotten to Okinawa and at the time, the legal drinking age there for military personnel was 20. What is the one age you are most looking forward to? .....if any age.
Next year when I can get out of this shithole and do something exciting for once.

I can't say I'm looking forward to any following age.
I mean to give my kids a better chance than I had.
I'm 20 now. Don't know how I'll feel when I hit the big 3-0. I'll probably wonder where the last ten years went too.

At 16, I still have twice my life to wait for that "30" moment pretty much. Although time is going quicker
I turn 22 a week today, it's true as you get older time just pisses by.

The whole family thing is something I really aspire to. OK, I have fun and party hard now, but I always felt like something would be drastically missing if I never had kids.

happy birthday! I can't really say I'm looking forward to getting older (19 now). The best time was when I was in kindergarten. Nothing to worry about, loads of friends to play with and parents that look out for you. Bearing responsibility sucks.

I wasted my teen years. 18 turning on 19 soon. Hopefully I'll be in the military in my twenties doing something proper. Currently wondering whether I should finish my degree or not.
