I moved out when I was 19. Had to go back once when the fucking cunt of a landlord reneged on the 1 year lease and sold the house.

I will come down there for Braves baseball.

3500 sq. ft. house here would go for like $800K at least.

i was out of the house when i was 16. thats crazy now that I look back and have a daughter thats 17! thankfully she is still home with her mother. no idea how i made it at 16 on my own.

Take my advice and learn how to cook, at least few things. If you dont, the prices of frozen prepared foods and home delivered pizzas will financially kill you.
