M40A3 or R700

I know people who use both. Which one is better? Are they equal? Which one do you use and why?

I want to find out of there is and advantage or disadvantage between using one over the other, besides the fact that the R700 has 1 less shot per clip.

M40 definitely, more accuracy, and the less damage isn't really an issue if you play hardcore as do i.

Uhhh I voted R700 since that was the sniper I'd use the most, but I don't snipe much so I don't know what I'm talking about.

And after seeing the results, I'll definitely be changing to M40

M40 has a higher probability that the bullet travels to the spot that you intend to compared to R700.

Having used both M40 and R700 for a long time, I have had better results with M40.

The loss of slight damage is made up by using Stopping Power, which is most likely one shot to the correct spots, and increased chance in which that the bullet will behave as I intend it to be. Not to mention that with R700, it is likely that if you miss your first shot, there might not be your second shot due to the massive recoil and dramatically decreased accuracy in the following shot.

M40, more bullets, more reliable and because I snipe with ACOG its much better as ACOG adds +5 more damage.

Im using R700 now to complete shit, I started on it then unlocked Mp44.

aLi3nZ, actually the reason why I asked this was because I had watched your videos and noticed that you used the R700 more. It seemed that, through watching your video, the R700 was a lot better for the quick shots then the M40A3.
