Changing your sensitivity options doesnt give you any advantages over other players. Once i tryed higher sensitivity with plane but its all same. Also bitch factor. Just get used to use same settings all the time. Use default settings, Its the best.

Wow this went to shit fast...

Markoo, you are a moron. Sensitivity makes a BIG difference, on the ground or in aircraft.
High sensitivity just takes some getting used to, personally I fly on sens. 3.5, 10 is way too twitchy!

3lmo...search is disabled.

OP...
Higher Yaw factor = turn left/right faster.
Higher Pitch factor = look up/down faster.
They do make a difference, but like I say I don't like sens too high myself

Yes, but when you use highest sensitivity then you just dont have to move mouse so much as with lower sensitivity.

They're not all the same. A high sensitivity isn't suggested for sniping, as your crosshairs will be jumping all over the screen. A low sensitivity, good for sniping, will hurt you when bunnyhopping with a shotgun or support gun.

Didn't know that Anderson, might test it out in-game.

You're not pro unless you play with maxed sensivity, just watch "Master chief sucks at halo" and you'll see what I mean

Personally I use the standard sensitivity for infantry but I've increased it for planes and choppers.

Cyrax we are talking about flying. Yes, I know that high sensitivity is not good for sniping.

Same applies with flying. For some, high sens. is impossible to do a bombing run with, all of the bobbing up and down. Some exclusively play with high sens. adjusting their flying to their preferred settings.

I've heard in VoIP that barrel rolls and evasive maneuvers are quicker to accomplish with high sensitivity, especially in helis. It all comes down to the player's style, and if they wish to adjust, they have to train to do so. Currently, I have 3.00, 3, 3 setting in helis, and barrel rolls take more mouse movement to perform, but control and pointing at targets is easier for the gunner and me.

Yup, Cyrax understands...all about preference

Markoo, we weren't 'talking about flying' until you mentioned how you suck at it. I suggest you leave this thread unless you have something useful to say...because you haven't done so yet.

someone saying "omg j00 iz still plays bf2"

the simple answer is, why would dice put in the option to change that if it didn't do anything, i doubt that they are even that dumb

i changed my setting when i started playing, guess what, now i can turn much faster, but because changing those settings don't do anything i must have some leet ninja haxz

this thread is getting pointless

technically, you can search the forums with google.  for ex:

"sensitivity site:forums.bf2s.com"

entered into the google search will produce quite a few results.
