DSL is a piece of shit. I was going to wait for FiOS to get here but they are taking their sweet time. Of course it'll probably show up next month now, but oh well. I can always switch over.

I tested off both, the upload is about the same on both servers, the Maine server has a lower download. I only had the NY one copied though.

22MB-30MB depends on the day and time of the week try this http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php worked great for me I was down to only 15MB before the tweaks , and they also have registry tweaks as well.
