I would like to know what is the difference between Amd's 5000+ and 5200+ ?

They are both 2.6 ghz but one has cache of 2x512 and the 5200 has 2x1Mb ...

What is exactly the cache, and does it really give a difference? Its mostly for gaming, i dont care to pay 20$ more if its worth it.

Thank in advance, and don't tell me to change my whole computer, i dont have cash for that...

My current setup is :
M2N sli deluxe
Am2 3800+ (windsor)
2x1Gb ram
7600Gt oc'
250GB
...
qwerty
mx518
ws 20"

I think the cache helps you Overclock, or something, but I know the larger the better

The the 5200+ has a larger cache, so depending on how high the price is, I would just go with that.

way worth it. 1 full mb of cache is alot

the cache does what it sounds like. it caches "stores" data untill it needs to be handeled.

Oh well so it mean that it will store twice the data of the other one for the same clock speed .. look pretty good!

A larger properly optimized cache allows your CPU to access instructions and data faster thus increasing its throughput than a smaller cache on the same processor.

This means your CPU can run shit faster, sometimes noticeably, depending on the application and optimizations of the cache.

5200 is better, bigger cache , that means it can hold more data and better performance.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPU_cache

I would suggest going for Intel, especially if its for Gaming, but If thats what you have your heart set on go for it.

Getting a new CPU with that graphics card is not going to help. Your CPU is actually pretty decent, whiles your graphics card is not.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
