That's a bit harsh, I don't think he was giving us "his" reason, but perhaps the administrations views. And this view may only be put forward so as to not upset the large demograph of religious Americans, who after all, vote come election time.rammunition wrote:

Because Israel does whatever they want and the US always back them up and any President who does otherwise will face the wrath of the Jewish lobby...it's pretty simple really. Of course defenders of Israel will justify this by claiming Israel is their only ally in a region hostile to the US whereas in fact the Israelis ostensibly give little or nothing back to the US to justify, in any way, the huge amounts of aid they receive...it's a strange parasitic relationship when you consider a lot of the ill will towards the US in the region is primarily because of their support of the pirate state Israel and especially when you consider that the American attitude on most other issues (particularly domestic ones) is that one has to "pull themselves up by their own bootstraps" and not rely on handouts.rammunition wrote:

No its because the US vetoes any anti-Israel action in the UN.If there are others, it's only because the government-controlling Jews are influencing the UN to have other resolutions against other countries and not enforce them so that Israel doesn't look as bad in comparison.

The world knows there is no point in trying to get action taken through the UN because the US is on the Israeli side no matter what.
