Jepp, mostly with choppers. I had yesterday a gunner seat on a Havoc and said my pilot per VOIP not to fly through arti rain since I what might happen. But what does he? Flying slowly in the arti zone and we got hit (I smelled it) by an arti shell, and two more TKs for our poor commander(BRU)Timothy wrote:

Mine happened to my friend and squad mate. We were on Oman as SF and wreaking havoc on the Mec's equiptment. My buddy deciced to blow up their UAV trailer. He was in the lead and I was his cover. As we got to the trailer I see him throw his C4 on the trailer then BOOM! He disapears in a clouc of smoke and I'm all dazed and confused and needing a medic very badly. It looked that scene from Saving Private Ryan when that dude lit a sticky bomb and blew up before he even got to the tank. Appearntly, my buddy for got to count his C4 and started throwing what ever he had. He threw his one and only charge and out came his Det. and he kept clicking away. I learned a lesson that day to say the least.

no the funniest thing ever was when at mashtuur on the roof between the backyard and the mosque, the high building closer 2 the hill. now i got up there and wanted 2 plant another claymore after the 1st had been destroyed by a friendlies nade who wanted 2 come up as wel... so i go back 2 plant another 1 and as i do so, an enemy sniper climbs the ladder. the clay lands straight in front of his face and he just hangs on this ladder 4 like 5 secs lookin at the claymore. thats when i decided 2 pistol his ass. ROFL!! my buddy sittin nxt 2 me nearly shat himself laughing...
then this other time im at karkand by the suburb and i notice sum1 behind me (i heard the knife-draw screech) so i pull out my own knife and off we go... after about 20 secs he manages 2 kill me. pity i think and spawn again at suburb... im about 2 run off 2 square when i see this enemy sittin by a building. i take out my knife and sprint towards him, but 20m from him he turns around 2 face me. i see dat its the guy from earlier and yup he pulls his own knife... now as were fighting we move up the hill... we get close 2 the edge of the hill where it forms a small cliff down 2 the square. im with my back 2 the edge, he dives at me i sidestep and he falls off and dies. we both had a good laugh over global chat!

I was in a tank at Gulf of Oman, and I hear that strafing sound from a jet. So I put out some smoke, and pull back, and see my view jump forward like 15 feet. Turns out the plane tried to ram me, but died in the process. I proceeded to laugh at him and camp their spawn for the next 15 minutes.
Then I got booted...ah well.

My 'wat was I thinking moment' was in Devil's Perch when I tried to ram the gate down with a quad.... BOOM!! lol
As for the barb wire incident, its happened to me on more then one occasion where I have died and my body just hung there, even with a parachute..
As for a players wat tha, In Karkand, i was mec, and a US tank comes down to first flag, the driver jumps out, and runs to cap flag, I think, wat tha? The tank must be almost dead, I jump in anyways, find that it has full health....i back up then BOOM blow the sucker out of the flag zone! lol

Ok, I was flying over the carrier in my J-10 on Wake Island. The USMC had no spawn points. I get a good 25 kills and use up all of ammo. So I have Absolutely no weapons left k? I fly over the carrier one last time on my way to repair back at my airfield, and I see.. literally.. 10 or more guys all hopping waiting for the plane. There was no way I could resist, I looped around, flew at a ridiculously low altitude and scraped 10 guys off the surface of the carrier. Wait, this isnt really a what was he/she thinking moments but it was FREAKING 1337.
very valid points (the first thing i ever did in this game, when i loaded my first multiplayer map, was GL a friendly vehicle, so i am more than familiar with the idea of beginners mistakes!) - however, what I am describing is someone who would deliberately prone in front of me while I am aiming, and aimed at my face. if i didn't do anything, he wouldn't do anything. I don't think that's a mistake, because it's too methodical. if he had joined my squad and wanted to stick with me - that's great! - but he would not have systematically ended up obscuring my POV everytime i tried to aim, surely.

I had that happen to me except with a supply crate. I was making a slow turn in a J10 and then out of no where a crate appears right in front of me and *KABOOM* I'm flying toast.(BRU)Timothy wrote:

OK well i ran into the noob of all noobs today i was on kark and i was running around with teh m11-87 and some nub pops out from around a building. he has the dao12 and just unloads the thing in my face or right next to my face cause not one round hit me so i stand there for a sec like wtf i think he was to cause he wasnt moving and just walked up and shot him in the face... i just dont see how you can miss all shots point blank with the dao oh well i bet he was pist. i was happy more kills for me

First thing I did when I loaded up my first MP map was promptly get killed 14 times before I figured out which way was up and down
i was a sniper and suddenly a bunch of enemies captured our base, so when i tryed to scape i ran into another bunch of enemies, so i planted a claymore, but what happened next was so funny, all the enemy started to look at me, but none of them attack me and one of them started to give ammo, so i planted more claymore and still none attack me, untill some else came firing at me but by then i have plated like 3 claymore and all of then exploted killing a bunch of them and myself

Two enemies jumped on top of my tank and just stood on it, stabbing it. Like they were gonna kill my tank, which was at 100% health, with their knives. They rode around on top for like 5 minutes, until I got annoyed by the constant "Clank! Clink! Clank! Clink!" and I drove partially up a really steep hill, they fell off, then I slid back down on top of them.
But seriously, who thinks they're gonna get a tank with their knife?! And keep at it for 5 minutes?!

i was with polarbearz in a bomber on clean sweep flying happily along when 'boom' we hit a guy that had just parachuted out of an attack heli. i guess we must have been on low health cos our jet exploded...
we were like "WTF??"

Parachutes must have built in shield emitters, because it is goddamn hard to kill those bastards. I've hit them with attack choppers at full speed, shot them with rockets, watched my gunner riddle them with explosive rounds, seen jets run into them. NOTHING.tthf wrote:

One time on Mashtuur City i was the last in USMC and all flag was taken so everyone said; "Hey c´mon give us a chance!". So the MEC let me take a flag and when I did that I was 100% sorrounded by enemies. They was standing a bit away from the flag so I cud take it. And they wwas trowing medpack and ammo to me. One guy wrote "This feels strange". And when I got the flag.........................................................................

Once I was comander of the USMC team, I was caped in an enemy bunker in the Gulf map I went out of comander mode just to take a peak around, The first thing I see is a enemy sniper looking out of the bunker he was about 2 metres away from me sniping in a dead area, *NOOB* I grab my pistol out put it right up beside his head *it was safe he was in scope mode* and popped one into his brain.

anyways it was still a weird death, damn ole polarbearz trying to ram a guy in a chute
had to go all the way back to the USMC (we were MEC) on the RIB to steal the F-15 again...
but it was funny cos we pissed this USMC guy off who wanted 'his' jet back. lol.
