Hamas and the militant Palistinians are very selfish.  They want that whole land for themselves - they don't want to share at all.  Here's an idea:

Change the country's name to Judea or some other name that identifies the land rather than the people, and make a flag that incorporates the Hebrew and Arabic cultures together.  Then basically it's the first step to getting the two to stop being a bunch of whiny little babies.

Hamas need that fuel as much and even more than any other civilians of Gaza.
So they prevent it being distributed to the civilians and keep it for themselves. The militia in Somalia in the early 90's did the same with food.
No israel said that Hamas is refusing to collect the fuel, its different.

See this quote from the OP:

"It says there are a million litres of fuel at a border terminal which Gaza fuel distributors, with the backing of Hamas, have refused to collect in protest at the Israeli restrictions."
Really? That's odd, your post says otherwise:

"Israel says Hamas is deliberately preventing fuel from being distributed."

These lines indicate prevention not refusal.

How do YOU know, personally, that it happened "as reported?"
A rocket came flying out of a civilian area on the path from Gaza to Israel, and Hamas regularly films themselves doing it. Must be some of that myth fake footage that the evil Israelis conjured up. Hell even the BBC, which is apparently the ultimately trusted non-bias news network, reports clear evidence that the rockets are made, and fired from Gaza by Hamas. Unless of course they came from Jordan but got caught in an unpleasant breeze blowing in from Gaza.
Didn't Jimmy Carter just go there and try to ask Hamas from shooting an more rockets...even just for one month. Of course, Hamas said no and continue to shoot rockets...probably even more today. Even Hamas glorifies their rocket launches. So I guess everyone, even Hamas is a liar when it comes to launching rockets. People here won't even believe it if Hamas says it themselves...LOL.
You said they were keeping it for themsleves, no where in the OP it says that Hamas is keeping the oil for themsleves.

I was just pointing that..  And concerning my theory on the "accident" at the fuel depot, it may be a real attack but i just have trouble believing what israel is saying since the "LAVON AFFAIR".

You saw the person launching a rocket hold a copy of today's newspaper, showing the date, and speaking in undisturbed vocabulary that he, as a Hamas militant, is launching his rocket into Israel so as to provoke continued bloodshed and whatever else the BBC reported he said?

You did fail to see what "I" was saying inasmuch as you fail to reason that maybe biased news reporting may not be accurate.  As measure, I also said that on the obviously pro-israeli biased news source, they showed and condemned Israeli's bulldozing Palestinian homes and I was suggesting that such things (pro-israel biased media reporting attrocities israelis commit) were much more credible than this article (pro-israeli biased media reporting attrocities palestinians commit).  But you are unable to see this difference, hence me throwing up my hands and yielding the "debate" ..hence the noob title for being unfit for rational conversation.

Then, you have the answer but want us to think about it.  I'm at work, with 5 explorers opened, sending mails and trying to figure why the fuck Hamas are acting like shit with their own people.  Mmmm....mmmmm....to make Israel look bad coz of people starving?
No it wasn't rhetorical. There aren't too many members that ask honest questions around here anymore. In fact, you just demonstrated that some people don't even recognize a legitimate question.

My point is that it's easy to abandon critical thought when facing difficult questions.

And you still fail to see what I meant by the BBC reference, work that out then come back to it.

Here's something as well, I didn't say media was un-biased. Might have difficulty rooting that out of my posts.

Also please explain, if the rockets aren't being fired form Gaza, by Hamas, who and where are the launchers? Or are these magical materilising rockets?

Hamas isnt interested in Peace with Israel. Check the charter of hamas .

Peace initiatives, the so-called peaceful solutions, and the international conferences to resolve the Palestinian problem, are all contrary to the beliefs of the Islamic Resistance Movement.
If the Palestinians are suffering its more likely they will side with Hamas against Israel. Or so Hamas would think.

qft. Everyone else is very confused. Anyone who thinks Hamas is a Palestinian organization promoting the Palestinian cause has been asleep for the past several years. Shooting rockets into Israel every day can't be explained as a rational effort to promote the Palestinian cause. It's an effort to prolong the conflict and make it more violent.

The conflict weakens Israel and Israel is Iran's most dangerous regional enemy. Iran funds, arms and trains Hamas.

It's not a conflict between Israel and Palestinian Arabs. It's a conflict between Iran and Israel, with the Palestinians caught in the middle.
