I have someone calling me a couple times a day and saying stupid shit, Laughing, Mumbling. Etc.(I dont respond with the standard yell and rant, I just listen to it all till they hang up. It prevents them from getting any pleasure)I tried calling the Phone company but it's late and they are closed, And this shit happened to me already a couple years back, Phone company could'nt help so we disconnected the landline, Now we just use our cellphones, So does Anyone have any ideas on how i can find out who it is?

Do you get a number to show up when they call? Try a reverse lookup.

had that happend to me once ......... I had to get a warrent issed and that forced the phone company to give me the number

Humm, would be awesome if you could make your phone number a "Pay by call" (Dont know the real term) So each time he call he get billed and the money goes into your pocket.
