Been tossing the idea around about modding my AR

I've got a flat-top upper reciever ordered and I'll attach my Aim-Point to that but for my handle upper I was thinking about something lile this :

The stock, handguards and pistol grip I will change out for tan ( I hate that I can't find tan guards with the rails )

a buddy of mine used Dynamic Finishes to do his shotgun and turned nice and after the hell we've put his shotgun through there has been no problems

If you're going with the tan stock and handguards I'd probably get the desert MARPAT. It'd blend/match better with the tan pieces.

of course, youll be one of the first to see it, as most of my work is critiqued here before anyone else sees it

I know from experience MARPAT is a bitch and a half to paint, then bake on (if thats the way you want to paint the reciever, the only way tbh). If you can do it, good on you, that'd look sick, but it's not easy.

From their pics, they seem good at what they do. Thing is, I say you keep a Black Reciever, and then get Tan handguards, stock, and pistol grip. I like the black and tan look more, personally.
