restricts drainage from the ears to the throat, also when you get sick, they inflame making it worse.  some say you'll get sick more often, but i'd say probably not...it just takes longer for them to get back to normal, and probably you are more aware you aren't 100%.

I dont mean to sound like a break fanboy but fake, there is no way such a little flame could create enough of a vacuum to "suck out" ear wax. Also it is illegal in the us because, well its a scam.

Im pretty sure there isnt a law that says you cant use it for something other than its intended purpose.  Therefore buy a generic candler that has no medical bullshit and use it the way you need, it will be legal.  The whole law above simply prevents false advertising, but hell i aint gonna stop you.

Maybe the burning candle creates a small electric charge that somehow unblocks the ear canal.

Once the blockage is gone that's true.

But nothing I do will make it go away. If I put anything inside the ear. I get a stabbing pain like someone has punched me in the ear.

I'm gonna go to shop and look for one of those kit things.
More likly fluid in your ear then if your getting pain, I get that every so often, uded to get a ton of ear infections when I was younger.  With fluid, generally thats due to an illness or whatnot, and a doctor will give you antiboitics, atleast thats what happened with me, now I dont bother as it generally goes away in a few days.  Would wait and make sure its was, and not fluid before you start putting stuff in your ears.

I might be wrong, but this is what ive been told it was, so take it at face value.

No, I was being serious.  A lighted candle really does produce a small current.

I use 2 put candy Nerds in my ear when I was really little and the doctor had to flush them out.

If it's a slight ear infection, I have a cure for you but you would have to spend about $15 bucks and you would actually have to go out and get them and use it instead of complaining about and doing nothing.

Do what ATG said to do. I had this once when I was  much younger. I went to the ear doctor and he scooped out a wad of hardened ear wax from my ear with a long skinny spoon like tool. It was awesome.
