It says I have one or the other of these programs installed, problem is, I've never had them installed
at the moment, I don't even have an anti-spyware or malware program


the only other programs I'm using are avast (free) and comodo firewall

First of all, go to Start>control Panel, and go Add remove programs...

See if ewido or AVG is on there, anywhere... if not, then you should prob clear out your registry.... Find any AVG/Ewido things in there, and delete em
