gore had more votes than bush in 2000, you must naturally feel that the popular vote counts more above all else.

Uh, no.  I never mentioned anyone's vote count in this thread.  I said this:

Perhaps what you're talking about was in another thread.  The fact that the Dems highlighted Gore's popular vote number instead of the electoral votes, it would seem to follow that they would do the same at their own convention this year right and focus on popular vote instead of delegate count?
