At the moment I just use
2 x 12cm stock fans
1 x 8cm stock fan
1 x EVGA 8800GTS (640mb) stock cooler
1 x AMD AM2 stock cooler
1 x ebuyer extra value power supply with its stock 12cm fan) I can't actually fault the PSU considering it was £25 and it works nicely
those cooling fans work, thats about all I know about their quality.
So
Would it be worthwhile changing all the stock 12cm fans (including the PSU's if its simple to do so (i built this pc so i'm not a complete tech nooby) to these http://www.ebuyer.com:80/product/105137 … t_overview so I would have 3 of them instead.
changing the stock 8cm fan to a http://www.ebuyer.com:80/product/116274
and possibly changing my stock GPU cooler to a http://www.ebuyer.com:80/product/139517
NB: at this moment in time I can't be bothered changing my CPU fan as a decent one costs too much (if I were to get that as well as this lot)
Speedfan says
my system temp (during internet browsing is) 33 degrees C
cpu is 50 c
AUX is 47c
ambient is somehow -1c which is just plain wrong seeing as its actually about 13c
remote 1 (not sure what that is though) is 96 c
remote 2 is 2c
HD is 31c
core is 41c
core is 59c
all fluctuate by a degree or two.
Altogether if I did all of that it would cost me £43, so i ask you BF2s, would I really notice it and do you think I should really bother to do it?
