apples and oranges... besides, i have a cell phone, no reason to use my desk phone, i dont use stationary... i have a computer, and taking a longer lunch is not the same as illegal file sharing.

and no company in the world is going to be "up front and honest." they don't owe it to you. its their prerogative to handle matters as they see fit.
