The cells and molecules in your body will age and decompose (as they do straight from birth) regardless of what time-zone or 'time' you are travelling in relative to the planet. The chemical processes will still be going on inside your cells, as their functioning is what essentially keeps you alive until their 'batteries' indeterminably run-out in 70-80 years time .
You wouldn't celebrate a birthday on Earth but you'd still grow old and die.
