Ive gone grey. Ive got a lil bald spot coming but its not from my hair falling out. Its now coming out my ears and nose, thats what age does to you.

i am the same height/weight as when the first picture was taken.

about the only thing that has changed on me is facial hair, but thinking back now, i havent shaved my face clean since i was in texas...thats coming up on two and half years

a couple weeks ago, i was at a bar that i dont really go to that much. the chick i had my first serious relationship was working the bar. we had a full on conversation and she had no idea who i was.

it wasnt until she pulled out a cigarette and i asked, "who taught you that nasty habit?"
THEN she realized and spazzed out with hugs and shit...

good times.

I know you go to the gym so its prob what you eat. Oh well here goes....

Drink a glass of cold water before you eat.

Use smaller plates.

eat more fibrous food, fruit, wholemeal bread, pasta and rice to fill you up longer.

eat 3 meals and 3 snacks (in between meals) a day.

using the mantra i can eat snickers 'just to get by' is bullshit.

have a cheat meal once in a while, you'll end up gorging if you don't.

Eat till you're satisfied and not stuffed.

Force you body to burn calories, drink water ice cold (1-2 Celsius) so when you piss it out its 37 Celsius. use the stairs for floors 1-4.

No more than 500g of red meat a week.

Less beer (not gonna happen eh?)

do 10 minutes on 4 different cardio machines to prevent jacking it in. Start with the more intensive ones such as treadmill and summit trainer and alternate between sprinting and walking therefore forcing metabolism to increase.

shag more

drink green tea and eat more chili (it raises metabolism)

Lol...to be fair, I wasn't being entirely serious. I think it's more to do with the changes in bone structure of my face as I got older.

And as for less beer .... Come friday I won't have had an alcoholic drink in 40 days. That all goes down the swanny come Friday night though
